I think many of us live in US or Europe and we have already big exposure to these markets, and with US going the direction as it goes, we should at least try to diversify out of that market, so I would like to propose to have a look at Australian market. Thank you.
I like all the proposals I'm seeing being done here (Canadian Net REIT, AHH, European REITs (perhaps XIOR?), Helios Towers, SBAC). All of these are high on my list.
