TRADE ALERT - Core Portfolio May 2024

We have identified a new investment opportunity for our Core Portfolio.

However, I unfortunately do not have the cash available to act on it and I have therefore decided to sell one of our holdings to recycle the capital into it.

We are today selling our position in Alexandria Real Estate (ARE) in our Core Portfolio. Note however that we remain bullish on ARE and we still own a large position in our Retirement Portfolio and have no plans to sell it. I simply realized that there was no need for us to have so much exposure to it, especially following its recent outperformance:
