What Austin Bought And Sold In November 2024
This is the next installment in our monthly series on the portfolio of our macro analyst, Austin Rogers. Please note that our main focus will remain on the HYL Portfolios, but since many of you have expressed interest in knowing how Austin manages his portfolio, we are posting this to give you extra value.
November was a relatively busy month of portfolio recycling for me. The election results majorly shook things up, causing some stocks to soar and others to tank.
Opportunities emerged in that kerfuffle.
Before I get to the portfolio recycling, let me provide some comments on my top 10 holdings.
Top 10 Holdings
There hasn't been that much evolution in my top holdings list over the last several months, although the post-election market moves caused Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure (HASI) to drop out of the top 10 while allowing EastGroup Properties (EGP) to come in:
