Yes fairly similar. Main focus is on investment grade tenants and fungible businesses. New supply is also less of a concern in Canada than in the US.
I was recently thinking of building my limited position in Agree to one of my top positions.
This interview confirms me to go even stronger down this route, and perhaps lessen the increase I was planning to invest into NNN.
I like the idea of owning both, NNN and ADC, as part of a well-diversified portfolio.
